A little late getting here but we had a Halloween get together here in the condo and I just got home.  Real late nights here for us oldies.  As usual, it was a pot luck and there was a nice selection.
The day flew by as I got laundry caught up, made a chicken pasta salad as our contribution for this evening and I had a huge pile of citrus fruit to juice for the canning group that took
about an hour to get done. Yesterday's trip to the city was fun.  Got a couple of things that I had gone for plus a sweater I didn't know I needed.  Made a visit to a new British bakery that just opened this week - mmm . . .  Also a trip to a grocery store that we don't have here in town - a slightly more upscale store which was fun to look around and of course I picked up a few things.

Lastly, but more importantly, happy birthday wishes to Elza.  Hope you've had a lovely day!
