A good day today -- not much down time, but that's okay. After church we had a quick lunch of leftovers and then met our niece-in-law & great-nieces at the university for The Sound of Music. Wow, they did a great job! We all thoroughly enjoyed it. The university in Greenville where NIL works is doing the same show in the spring so we decided we'll have to go to that one as well and compare them.
I asked DH if any of his students were in this show. He said, only one, and he played a bad guy. But he did it well. 😁
Afterwards we got ice cream at Culvers so a good afternoon all round. The girls really enjoyed the show and it was fun to see them have a good time.

Jan, Himmel and Erde is a German Dish and one I fell in love with during the 3 years we were stationed in Germany…very easy to make and I will post my recipe for it if you like. Basically potatoes and apples.
