Sounds like a nice day for all, and hope it was for Lori too. We did good at the shop again.
I came home and took a short nap, then dug into a Fix it and Forget It cookbook. I copied a few recipes and will return it to the shop for Bobby. He loves to cook. His wife works long hours so he does most all the cooking. He loves cook books as I do.
Supper will be the chicken tostados that we did not have Thursday.
I ended up making egg rolls for the Bible study last night. I bought the Pagoda brand of pork egg rolls and they were very good. I cooked them in the air fryer. Usually I buy the store brand of rolls, but these were so much better. We had 5 attend. One gal brought something she saw on TikTok. It was layers of cheese, cooked chicken, cream cheese cube and bacos. You do them in a muffin tin, and bake. They were very good. Another gal brought a lemon loaf. She said it was a Krusteze mix, and she uses lemon juice instead of water so it was very tart and delicious.
