Gingerbread Pudding-Tammy
Pam 1 box (14.5 oz) gingerbread mix 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. raisins 2 1/4 c. water 3/4 c. packed brown sugar 3/4 c. butter whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Lightly coat the inside of a 4 qt slow cooker with Pam. In a medium bowl stir together gingerbread mix and milk until moistened. Spread batter in cooker. In a medium pan, combine water, brown sugar and butter. Bring to a boil. Carefully pour over batter. Cover and cook on high 2 hours; then turn off cooker and if possible remove liner from cooker. Let stand for 45 minutes.
