Thank you Leslie, Charlene and Tasty. I got some results from the scan at 1:00. The thing in my lung was not very active which means a good chance that it is not cancer but they still want to do a biopsy. Bad news is that there was a very active area in my bowels. Waiting to hear from the GI place to know where I go from here. Good news on the spot in the lung and the colon thing surprises me. Have you ever had a colonoscopy? That may be the next step.

Good afternoon,
We've been cloudy & dreary all day with some moisture, mainly in the form of mist this morning. And we had heavy fog this morning causing a 2 hr delay for school. Morning fog is a sign of Fall here. In the mid 60s all day; sounds like some of you skipped Fall & went right to Winter.
Kathy, I'm also glad you went & had the scans even though kind of a good news, not so good news thing. Like Charlene said, they'll will probably schedule a colonoscopy for that. At least you'll know exactly where you stand health wise when they get all done. Praying they all come out good. I sowed your Cleome seeds today.
I worked today and paid a couple bills when I got home. That was about it for me.
Working again tomorrow.

Kathy, prayers that whatever it is will be easily treated. Glad you got the scans so you will know treatment options if there is a need. Hopefully it's nothing serious.

Good evening. It would seem I haven't been here in a while. I totally missed yesterday and this morning. I have no idea how that happened. I'm going to chalk it up to CRS, I guess. ![](https://www.allsmileys.com/files/sweetim-texticons/7013.gif) I did some troubleshooting on the dishwasher door and was not able to ascertain a specific issue that I could fix, so I spent more than half an hour on the phone yesterday afternoon waiting for someone to answer the phone at the warranty place. When I finally spoke with someone, she talked me through some troubleshooting steps before she set me up with an appointment. What a process! I hope this ends up being worth it. We were not able to get a tech here until Nov. 6th. They could come on the 5th, but DH has a doctor's appointment when they wanted to come out. He was not amused that we will have to wait so long. Later in the day, I got a phone call from a local appliance repair shop who was the place Whirlpool or the warranty company contracted with to come out. They wanted to verify our address on contact info before finalizing our appointment. She promised me that if they have a cancellation before the 6th we will be called to see if we would be home for the tech to come out. Between that and doing my dishes by hand (there were a lot of them since I didn't realize the dishwasher wasn't working), my day was pretty much consumed by the kitchen. I can't recall a thing else I did yesterday. Today I was all set to take DH to his eye doctor appointment when he informed me I could take my time getting ready after my shower because he canceled the appointment. I was not surprised. He had taken a laxative yesterday that was still giving him trouble today. I forgot about the appointment when I gave him the laxative. I wouldn't have if I had given today any thought. At least I talked him into only taking one pill. It isn't unusual for him to think because he is big he needs to take more of something. Two of those pills would have been a disaster. I balanced checkbooks this afternoon and was glad when everything worked out perfectly. I wasn't sure if I had all of the PayPal purchases of DH's accounted for when I started. The weather today was not terribly desirable. It was dreary and drippy throughout the day. Tomorrow is supposed to be better. If we have sunshine that will be half the battle. I can't recall much of what was mentioned earlier, but I did want to mention to Kathy that I am glad she went for the scan. While the news was mixed, at least a plan of action can be made moving forward. Consider yourself prayed for from here, Kathy! I will try harder to be on top of things tomorrow morning. Right now, I am whipped. Wishing everyone a

Kathy, glad your news was at least half good. Maybe the half bad will turn out to be not so bad, also. Keeping you in my thoughts.
